What happens during an appointment
You will be working with a professional consultant who will guide you through the journey of finding you a dress or suit/tuxedo. Both you and your consultant will browse gowns or suits /tuxedos and will assist you putting them on, it definitely takes a helping hand!
Are you by appointment only?
No, but we strongly suggest appointments, specially over the weekends, we welcome walk-ins, but we can’t guarantee you a empty fitting room to try things on.
Do you charge to make and/or cancel an appointment?
No
How long are the appointments?
1 hour
How much are the Dresses and Suits/Tuxedos on average?
Dresses start at $130.00 and top off at $1500.00, 8-piece Rental Suits/Tuxedos range from $149 - $209, Of the rack suits and tuxes start at $99, and custom suits and tuxedos start around $599. We do have wedding specials, please call for more detailed information.
What is the average shipping timeline?
2 to 3 months for dresses, 4 weeks for custom suits and tuxedos. Please call to request more detailed information.
Can you return a special-order dress?
All dress sales are final, there are no refunds, exchanges or returns on special order items.
Do you do alterations on site?
Yes
How much are alterations?
Depending on what needs to be done. Please call for more information.
What is the average timeline for alterations?
On average we like to have 2-3 weeks before the event, however we can always expedite. This depends on the dress and the amount of work involved. For the most accurate information please call to schedule a consultation.
Do you alter dresses, suits and tuxedos not bought at your store?
Yes.
If I plan to lose weight between the time of gown purchase and the time it arrives, is that an issue?
Dresses, suits and tuxedos are made to be altered and taken apart. However, every garment is different, please call for more detailed information.
Do you serve alcohol?
No.
