At Dublin Formals, we take pride in helping you find the perfect look for your special occasion. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our return and exchange policy below:

Returns

We do not accept returns for any online or in-store purchases. The only exception is if an incorrect size or color was provided due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions:

- Eligibility: All dresses that are new, unaltered, and unworn are eligible.

- Timeframe: Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the pickup date.

- Condition: Items must have all original tags attached and show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

- Exchanges can be made with in-store / off-the-rack dresses only; you can not exchange your dress for a dress we do not have in the store.

Please note that custom orders, altered garments, and special-order items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
